Harbor Ridge is bounded to the east by El Capitan Drive and Spyglass
Hill; to the south by Spyglass Hill Road; to the west by Port
Durness Place and Harbor View Homes; and to the north by Seawind.

The neighborhood's 327 homes are divided into three groups: 136
Estates, 99 custom home sites and 92 houses in Harbor Ridge Crest.

Houses were first built here in June of 1974.
Builders:
Standard Pacific built the Estates and Harbor Ridge Crest homes,
while a number of major architects designed the custom homes.
