HARBOR VIEW HILLS NORTH

Boundaries:
This community of prestigious homes is situated in the north west corner of Corona del Mar. It is bordered to the north by San Joaquin Hills Road, to the east by Crown Drive North, to the south by Harbor View Drive and to the west by MacArthur Blvd.

Homes:
There are about 300 single family residences. The homes are located on terraced hillside lots, arranged to provide some of the best views in Newport Beach. Many of the homes are designed around interior patios with an additional back patio or lawn overlooking ocean, harbor and bay views. Dramatic sunsets and twinkling city lights are discernible in the evenings.

History:
Harbor View Hills North was developed in three sections during the early 1960's. The first is known as the original, the second is O.Z. Robertson and the third is known as Broadmoor.

Style:
The majority of the homes in all three sections are single story. A number of homes in the Broadmoor section are two stories and a few are non-view properties.

Community Features:
The community is close to the ocean, the village of Olde Corona del Mar, Fashion Island, restaurants, entertainment and office complexes.

Schools:
Children attend either Harbor View Elementary School or Corona del Mar High School. Several private schools are located within the area.

Shopping:
Fashion Island, Corona del Mar, and Balboa Island are all nearby.
