Located in Corona del Mar, the area is bordered north by Pacific Coast 
Highway, south by Bayside Drive, west by Jamboree Road and east by Avocado
Avenue.
Homes:
There are 375 single-family homes in the community.
Age of Neighborhood:
Construction started in 1955-56 on The Irvine Co. leased land.
Builders:
Because the original builder has financial problems, Macco finished "Old
Terrace" and constructed much of "New Terrace". Many 
view lots were developed on speculation by builders.
Schools:
Lincoln Elementary School and Corona del Mar High School G-12).
Shopping:
Irvine Terrace is within easy access of freeways and the wide assortment of
shops and restaurants at Fashion Island, or Balboa Island a few minutes further
away.
